This role is assigned to all permanent and FL Scuba Instructors/Guides.

Responsibilities of Cleaning Divers:

  • Follow the instructions in the "Cleaning Sessions Guide"
  • Filling the "Daily Operations" spreadsheet with the personal data before and after the session
  • Be efficient throughout the session
  • Be safe and aware of team mates all time
  • Giving feedback to the single point of contact at the end of the session
Scheduling team can referance Staff Ability page before assign diver to cleaning sessions.

πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’» SPoC

This role is assigned to Nevcan Uludas.

Responsibilities of Single Point of Contact:

  • Keeping the "Cleaning Sessions Guide" up-to-date
  • Follow up on cleaning sessions and pool condition
  • Analyze the given feedbacks after sessions and use this data to improve efficiency of sessions

πŸ¦ΈπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ Safety Diver

This role is assigned to all permanent staff who trained as Safety Diver.

If they are on duty, responsibilities of Safety Diver:

  • Filling the "Daily Operations" spreadsheet with the cleaning divers' data before and after the session
  • Be ready to provide support when needed on the surface

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¦ Emrill Team

This role is assigned to related Emrill staff (includes lifeguards).

Responsibilities of Emrill Team:

  • Setting up the machines before the session and removing them after the session
  • Make sure the machines are working
  • Giving feedback to the single point of contact at the end of the session
